We process personal data in respect of the goods we provide our customers (individuals, companies and organisations) and to progress enquiries regarding potential orders.

We only share data with a third party where they are involved in supporting us in providing the goods we have agreed to provide you with, we will not pass any information to any person or third party without your permission unless we are required by Law to do so. We only share data in relation to our customers or business contacts where there is a clear need to do so and we take measures to ensure that data is passed to third parties in a secure manner and that they process and deal with that data in a secure manner.

Information you give us may be provided by filling in forms on our website, corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. This may include your name, address, email address and phone number. We do not store any credit card or debit card payment information. Our credit card and debit card payment provider is PayPal, all transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy, details of which can be found here.

We do accept payment by cheque drawn on a UK Bank, paper records of individual cheques and all transactions are retained for six years and are kept in a secure location in accordance with the current UK law.

We encrypt data passing through the internet to and from our website however due to the nature of the internet it is impossible to ensure complete protection against interception and content being altered by outside parties so you should ensure that you satisfy yourself that the content you receive is authentic. We will never send any banking detail changes by open email.
